Optoflux has many years of experience in the design, production and maintenance of optical injection moulding tools. Our own, modern toolmaking facility guarantees short reaction times and the best possible support for serial production.

The optical inserts are diamond turned or polished depending on the order. In diamond machining, both freeform surfaces and microstructures as well as the combination of both can be realised with nanometre precision.
