Thermoplastic injection moulding

The core of Optoflux's production is a highly modern, largely automated injection moulding production facility with approx. 110 machines - and the trend is rising. Injection moulds, also with injection stamping and multilayer technology, enable the production of plastic lenses with a centre thickness of more than 40 mm in large series production. The injection moulding machines cover all clamping classes from 25 t to 650 t clamping force. Modern peripheral equipment such as robot systems and laser cutting systems as well as fully automatic testing and measuring equipment ensure the economical production of medium and large series.

In the field of optical polymers, we process all transparent plastics, especially COP, COC, PMMA and PC.
