Silicone injection moulding

In our silicone clean room, separated from other production areas, we manufacture high-precision optical components from optical silicones (LSR) using injection moulding processes. LSR allows the fabrication of complex, flexible geometries with high moulding accuracy at highest transmission and optical quality. Our inline inspection concepts make it possible to realise optics with a fully automated 100% inspection.
